Bob Dylan is the latest example, the only artist to be awarded Nobel Prize for literature. Songs like blowing in the wind, knocking on heaven’s door were sung by protesters in America itself to stop its own country against the war. On the same time “eye of the tiger” or “another one bites the dust” was also popular among people as the songs keep you focused and motivated.

During the Vietnam war, this song became a massive hit among the protesters and is sung by the peace lovers even today, all around the world.

Again a song by Bob Dylan, it is a father-son sharing their experience. A father telling his son about the gruesome experiences he has seen and heard, during his lifetime. This song has beautiful inscriptions in it and vocals of an experienced Bob Dylan is a blessing for the ears.
Whenever you are feeling down with negative emotion, this song would remind you how hard life is and there is someone less blessed, living in harsher conditions and not complaining about.

Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath) who hit the metalheads with hard rock. However, this song is lyrically is opposite of what Ozzy has produced over the years. Anyone who has been to a school in his/her lifetime can relate to the experience in this song.

Written by a modern rap artist “Nas”, this song is a marvel for the rap song lovers. A motivational song, written for kids warns you about the paths of life and encourages them to go for educational.
The reason why this song is on the list because Nas has not only inspired kids to take up education that he mentions a formidable conclusion of African American history right from the Egyptian era.
